Shop before the crowd!

To shop the EARLIEST time possible before the general public, please consider volunteering for a worker spot.

That's right.... you will be shopping for the best deals in baby equipment and accessories, maternity/baby/kids/juniors clothes, toys, books, and much more with a limited amount of volunteers BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE and getting the best picks!

Our volunteer workers are our TEAM!
We really need YOU to help out!
Our only requirement is that you be at least 13 years old, and show up with a smile and a positive attitude. You may volunteer for as many shifts as you would like - a single shift of 3 hours or multiple shifts totaling 6 hours or more. You will receive any training at the beginning of your shift.

Jobs may include: clothing inspection, sale organizing, hold area, door monitor, checkout, cash registers and teardown. Sitting jobs are available if you need that. Husbands are welcome, too...especially for setup and breakdown!

As we rely on our volunteers, if you have to cancel for an emergency, please try to send a friend or neighbor to take your place (they can shop the Pre-Sale in your place).

How to Register as a Volunteer:
1. You will need to sign in first to connect this form with your information. Go to the online signup page.  Once there, click to update your information, or register as a new user if you are new to JBF.  Register as a volunteer, then you will be given a link to the volunteer scheduler.

2. You will see boxes pop up for how you'd like to participate in the upcoming sale. Check the volunteer box and it will direct you to the online volunteer scheduler page.

3. At the top of the volunteer scheduler page, you can watch a short video tutorial if you like, and you're ready to choose your volunteer times!

Bartering

If you can't work a volunteer shift, but can help in some other way (media contact, etc), you can earn a pass to shop early.  We have a couple of barter opportunities listed above, but are also open to any ideas!

You will see a barter suggestion box pop up below the volunteer scheduling box when you follow the steps above.

Pre-Sale Passes:
The more you can volunteer, the earlier you can shop!

When you drop off your things (if you are consigning) you will pick up your worker pass to shop the Pre-Sale then. If not consigning, we will have your name on a list at the door.

Due to the volume of shoppers at Pre-Sales, NO CHILDREN are allowed on Pre-Sale night. Please arrange for someone to watch your little ones. Thanks for understanding!  (Children and strollers are allowed at all public sale days.)
